Search Box
Typing in the Search Box allows you to search for pages, users, groups and locations within Genesys.
NOTICE the Menu option is a new feature of the NEW layout.
[Most of the Menu functionality is for Admin] staff.
Selecting Menu allows you to access admin features (e.g. My Performance Information, PureInsights, and Directory).
NOTICE the Calls icon has moved locations in the new layout. [Applicable to Phones Only]
Selecting the Calls button allows you to set up your headset and perform internal calls in order to test your audio.
NOTICE the Inbox icon has moved locations in the new layout.
Selecting the Inbox button allows you access to your notifications for QA Reviews. [Indicated by Recent Evaluations]
