Ignore it
Report it
If you received it, the attempted hacker didn't.
To get to that point, the hacker had to enter your password, so change it.
If the email or text has a report link, report it.Just be careful to check it's authentic.

Ignore it
If it's out of character, they might have been hacked. Or maybe they're in a pyramid scheme.
Message them elsewhere to see if that was them or let them know about the hack.

Call your cousin
Hang up
The gift cards are a big red flag, even if they know personal info about you and your cousin.
