NICE TO MEET YOU AGAIN You meet an old friend after 10 years without seeing each other! It’s time to catch up and talk about how your lives have changed over the years. Discuss different aspects such as your family, profession, love life, work, health, and life experiences.
SUGGESTED GRAMMAR: Past Simple, Present Perfect, used to, Gerunds & Infinitives, etc. Guiding information:
• What you have done in the last 10 years.
• Your new family.
• Job changes and careers.
• You have traveled anywhere interesting.
• How was your life before compared to now?
Group Dynamics: Each student must contribute equally to the conversation. You have 5 minutes to prepare before starting and 5 minutes to discuss the topic. Each participant should ask at least one follow-up question to another speaker. Evaluation Criteria: Fulfillment of the task Fluency and Coherence Lexical resource Grammatical range and accuracy Pronunciation.
