When entering a Manual Loss Entry claim, the county the business was written in will need to be selected, and the policy symbol (LOB) before moving on to the Insured and Loss Details screen.
We do have a policy number for Manual Loss Entry

When entering a loss notice as a New Policy, you will need to type 'NEW' in the policy number field in order to take the claim.
New Business means we do not have a policy number to enter.

With a Manual Loss Entry, the policy number is not showing in our system to auto-populate the insured's information. Most of the information will need to be manually entered.
