ORGANIZATIONAL NEED AND INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT

When the needs of an individual align with those of the organization, the employee can continue to grow and develop in their current position, or can be identified as the top candidate for a more senior role and be promoted.

When an individual is ready for a different or more senior role but there is not a workforce need, managers should be respectful and comfortable with the employee pursuing opportunities outside of the organization.
