This year we launched an redesigned post-class evaluation framework.

Launched July 1, 2025

  • 94 completions (10/20)
  • Survey currently sent to training participants after class is complete.

21% - I can now perform at an expert level.

30% - I need more experience to be good at using what I learned.

4% - I need more guidance before I know how to use what I have learned.

What barriers do you anticipate when applying what you learned back in your role?

68% - Other (most feedback to other was no anticipated barriers. Updated survey will include a 'No anticipated barriers' option)

27% - Lack of time to review/practice.

2% - Lack of management support.

3% - No support system or group.

*As we develop our evaluation process, revisiting this question will give insight into the barriers staff experience.

Based on our strategic initiatives groups, interview skills and time keeping in ADP were identified as training opportunities supported by L&D. Cal Coast Interview Program, launched June 2025. One CoastLearn path for management including:
