Pacing & Logistics

The requested itinerary is impractical or rushed (e.g., too many stops in too little time).

Seasonality

The destination is not ideal at the time of their proposed trip (e.g. monsoon season, extreme heat, key attractions are closed).

Availability

The destination isn't available for that season, or the specific hotels and tours requested are not available.

Budget

The desired itinerary does not align with their budget.
