Staying in front of these buyers/teams while executing the upcoming massive projectsStaying organized with all the moving parts Keeping all the lines open and clear between myself, the buyer, and ops
Now that we've done 3 major drops all at the same time, I know what to expect along with most of the dos and don't with each licenseI want to focus on putting together SOPs for a smoother start to finish with the upcoming collections
Maximize events like tailgate to meet with the buyers in person and win them over with the collections we did this year. Use those moments to build a personal relationship with the buyers

Trying to maximize my time before I go on maternity leave. I'll be on leave during the MLB summit which is a crucial time to get in front of the teams Maintaining that relationship once I come back from leave
We are always going to have challenges with the MLB portal but having a better understanding of the dos and don'ts is different everydayTrying to have a better 1 time pass with approvals when guidelines are not clear or even present
Some of the teams don't see where we fit in. Demonstrating to the buyer why Sporitqe and the Center Field Collections should be in their team shop has been challenging
