Be proactive and anticipate: look for information about on-campus housing, available courses, etc... BEFORE you apply for the university of your dreams!
Plan ahead of time; don't wait until the last minute! (Especially if you need to get an English certification!)

Present your dream university (it must be a real university!) : WHERE is it located? WHAT makes you want to study there? Be as convincing as possible!
