The following clients should already be in the system and should not have to be added as "new":
Existing NCFB Insureds
Most insureds will be in the system. Due to the time it takes a policy to be processed and added into the system at the Home Office, Insureds with a New Business policy may have to be entered as a new client. Always conduct a search for them first. It is possible they are in the system because they had a policy with us before, or have been a client on another claim.
