Use the applicable options in Exceed when information is unknown There will be several options to select when information is unknown.
Enter Information as accurately as possible Double check spelling and numerical values. Probe the people providing the contact information, if clarification is needed.
Never enter false, fake, or placeholder information when the real info is unknown
This would include fake addresses, fake phones numbers, and
partial names in the name fields.
Avoid Duplicate Entries Conduct a thorough search of the Client System before creating a new client record.
