Agents, The year is 1932. The United States is in a crisis. Millions are jobless, banks are failing, and faith in the government is crumbling. President Hebert Hoover insitis that "prosperity is just around the corner" - but your mission says otherwise. The Department of Economic Security has intercepted reports that a set of classified Hoover files hold the key to understanding why the economy collapses... and how to fix it. Find the files, and decode them Agent.
