1-1 Coaching Support

These are sessions available with an external coach to offer a focussed, confidential space to help navigate uncertainty and change and plan next steps. A one-off coaching session offers focused, practical support to help you navigate employment change with clarity, confidence, and a clear plan for your next steps. It’s a dedicated space to reflect, explore options, and identify actions that move you forward. It’s not ongoing career counselling or long-term mentoring, but a targeted conversation designed to give you insight, focus, and momentum right now. As part of a targeted offer of support for staff from diverse communities, staff with lived experience of homelessness, staff with a disability and or staff who are LGBTQI+, we have commissioned coaching support from provider Jenny Garrett Global, to ensure coaches are available who can relate to staff with similar or shared experiences.
