Getting Started — Payroll Setup (ADP)

  1. You will receive an email directing you set up an ADP account: This is where you will find paystubs.
  2. Payday is the 10th and 25th of every month.
  3. Depending on the situation if there is a discrepancy due to a mistake from your timesheet or nurses notes, the missing pay will be reflected on the next pay period.
  4. If you have an issue with your pay send an Email to: ECHwestpark@gmail.com

Timesheets & Deadlines

  1. Timesheets are due at the end of the pay period
  2. 1st-15th due the latest the 17th
  3. 16th-31st due latest 2nd
  4. Timesheets should reflect COMPLETED nurses notes
  5. Timesheets are emailed to ECHWestpark@gmail.com
  6. PARENT SIGNATURES are REQUIRED for each day.
