It’s the witching hour on Halloween night, and your patient—a 39-week G3P3 mother—was transferred from Labor and Delivery to the postpartum unit 12 hours ago after a spontaneous vaginal delivery of a 9 lb 5 oz baby. The room is dim, the monitors flicker, and there's a strange chill in the air...
Suddenly, the call light flickers rapidly and you hear a faint whisper:
“I… I feel lightheaded… something's wrong…”
You rush in and find blood pooling on the chux pad, and the patient appears pale and clammy.
You must escape 5 clinical puzzles before time runs out to stop the hemorrhage, stabilize your patient, and break the Halloween curse.

You look at the monitor. It shows:
• HR: 122
• BP: 86/52
• RR: 24
• O2: 96% on RA
There’s 1 IV hep-lock in place. The fundus is boggy and 2 cm above the umbilicus. Lochia is heavy and bright red.

After responding to the voice, a dusty mirror reflects something that isn't there. The silhouette of the ghost seems clearer... but it still doesn't remember its name.

The tables creak. The voice echoes again, clearer, more human. Each response seems to return a fragment of his story.
Something went wrong… or someone saw you.
Shadows insist on coming out... Go back… if you still can.
