Career History
Ensure that experts career history in our system matches their career history on LinkedIn Sometimes an experts LinkedIn might not be updated so please be sure to review comments to see if someone added a note about a role If you are adding a role that is not on an experts LinkedIn please be sure to add a comment to their page that you confirmed this role with them You can look up an experts company online and see if they are on their company page When doing custom research it is important to ensure that you are importing experts into the system to see if they are locked in our system, on a DNC list, etc.
Adverse Media Vetting Tests
Properly actioning the adverse media vetting test prior to setting up a call In our contracts with our clients we agree not to set them up on calls with experts who are involved in any litigation or who have any previous criminal records. Per our legal agreement it is the responsibility of CST to action the adverse media checklist and to flag any potential issues to CP It is NEVER worth it to set up a non compliant call the potential credits from a call sold do not outweigh the reputational or internal consequences
Comments
