Trace Ticket Notes - DTT Admin
- Add new section to the Trace Ticket detail screen called "DTT Admin Notes"
- Add "new note" button presents 2 fields: "Name" (short field - 12 varchar limit) and "Note" (large field - 250 varchar limit)
- Use the current date and time to autopopulate the "Posted" field
- No other functionality - only need a way to write and save internal notes that remains attached to the Trace Ticket in the Admin Panel
