Issue: Computer Screen left unattended and logged in.

This can be dangerous if someone comes into your office and messes around on your computer or does something that could hurt your reputation

Issue: Boxes in front of the Exit door.

In the case of a fire or other need for exiting quickly, the boxes would be a hazard and could prohibit exiting out of that door until they are moved.

Issue: Cord across the walkway.

This cord is a tripping hazard and should either be secured to the ground or moved.

Issue: Water on the ground.

This water could cause people to slip when they walk by, at the very least there should be a wet floor sign. Ideally it needs to be cleaned up.

Double Issue: Cord on the floor in water.

The water and cord is a fire hazard and the water could damage the cord.
