Educators reported clear intentions to integrate the learning into their daily interactions with students. Common themes included:
- Provide language for students to understand, identify, report, and prevent bullying
- Activate intervention strategies immediately when bullying occurs
- Ensure targets of bullying receive adequate, direct support and follow-up
- Engage students in regular and ongoing conversations about upstander behaviors
- Model upstander behavior for students and show students how to self-advocate
