Conflicts are a normal part of life in every company. People have different opinions, communicate in different ways and sometimes misunderstand each other. The important thing is not to avoid conflict, but to know how to deal with it positively. When managers handle conflicts correctly, the team grows stronger, communication improves, and the whole company benefits.
