To access receipts that have been assigned to you, set the Workflow to Farm Operations and the Step to Farm – NB/REW Prep, then assign yourself as the User and hit the button.

The small file box to the left of the banner shows the number of active tasks in parentheses after the word Tasks, under which the active tasks are listed. In this example, there is only 1 active task, and the task description is simply "IM – New Business."
The task box underneath the banner is where you can access different tasks within the file or navigate to specific pages within a task. Any policy tasks managed within ImageRight, whether active or closed, can be accessed from here. In the case of receipts, since your task is a temp file, it has no policy number yet, nor has it been added to any existing policy file. So, all you will see is the temp file itself with the temp number at the top of the tree.
File is just another word for the collection of tasks related to a specific policy. It would not be out-of-place to think of the words file and policy as interchangeable.
A green banner in the Desktop Window indicates that the task is locked, meaning you have annotation priority and only you can send the task to another person.
To add a network folder to the computer you're working on: Right click on the This Computer or This PC icon wherever it appears on your desktop, start menu, or quick access pane. Then select Add a Network Location.
The word queue refers to specific search results. These search results are determined in ImageRight by whatever workflow, step, and user you select before hitting the Fetch button. To look at the tasks in your own queues, assign yourself as the user.
ImageRight is Farm Bureau's document management platform. As an insurance processing analyst, you will use ImageRight to access most of the policy documents you need to complete your work.
A task is something that needs to be processed, such as a policy application or a policy change.

Annotations are notes and mark-ups you can add to a document. However you would normally add notes or marks on a piece of paper with a writing instrument is done in ImageRight with an annotation.
The Viewing Window displays the pages within a task and allows you to add annotations. Later in the course, you will learn how to create a stamp and how to configure your annotations properly. For now, try adding some annotations using the buttons at the top. Be careful, though. Once you leave a page, any annotations you added to that page cannot be changed or removed, the same as adding a stamp or writing in ink on a normal piece of paper. Remember to delete any practice annotations you've added before leaving each page.
