What Is It?
The general details section consists of two subsections:
General Details
Internal Note
Both will appear blank until something has been added. The Pet Specialist may fill out some parts of the general details based on information voluntarily given while communicating with policyholders, but the majority of it will not need to be filled out by any team member. The only areas you as an MRR Specialist are required to fill out, are internal notes if you need to leave one (see next slide) and Previous Insurance if you happen to see the pet has/had insurance with another company while performing an MRR.

Internal Notes
The Internal Note section will also appear underneath the General Details. This should be used sparingly and only used if the information cannot be found elsewhere (i.e. the Medical Timeline, Pre-Existing Determination Section, etc.). You will be required to post important notes here when applicable such as:
Other items/important notes such as a preferred method of contact, previous pet's name[s] hospital/Lemonade employee etc.
Any SIU Investigations or Claim Appeals currently underway.
This should be exceedingly rare that an MRR request should make it to you, as an MRR Specialist, when we have no medical records. However, if it does, this should be confirmed with the Claim Advocate there is a lack of records.
