Make sure all details match the Policy
When completing a MRR it is important to check the policy details against the medical records on file to ensure we have information for the correct pet:
- Pet Name
- Pet Age/Breed
- Correct amount of Vet Clinic(s) on file
General Details Section
- Change Previous Insurance Toggle if indicated
- No other General Details will be filled out by the MRR Associate
Go to the Pet Medical History tab and verify that we have medical records from all vet clinics. The clinics we should have on file are indicated under the "Veterinary Clinics" section.

When finished, mark MRR Complete or Incomplete in the Pet Medical History Tab
- Toggle Yes/No dependent on what was found in the MRR.
- Enter all Conditions in the PEC table, by most recent occurrence.
Once the Medical Timeline is completed, move to the Pre-Existing Conditions (PEC) Table.
Open all Medical Records on file under the Medical Records section. Check that we have all necessary information for MRR (SOAPs, not just line items).
Move to the Medical Timeline
Review the 12 months prior to the PED through the first 14 days of the policy, starting from newest to oldest records.
