Knowing what Size to use?

Heavy flow: Days when you experience more blood loss. You may need a "Super" or "Super Plus" tampon or a heavy absorbency pad to prevent leaks.

Medium flow: Mid-period days. A "Regular" size tampon or pad is often sufficient for medium flow.

Light flow: When your period starts or tapers off. You can use a "Light" tampon or pad.
