Defining Implementation Tasks and Assigning Responsibilities

A task is a discrete package of work required to implement your restoration plan. To be effective, each task should:

  • Have clearly identified beginning and end points.
  • Be time-bound, with an estimate of time and cost for completion.
  • Be measurable in terms of progress and completion.
  • Be distinct from other tasks, while clearly showing how it relates to other activities.i
