The best immersion stay

Welcome at home

Enjoy the advantage of having a comfortable private and intimate accommodation in the heart of Nîmes next to all the attractions of the city and the best places for shopping. We will spend all our days and all our end of the day together so that you can progress quickly.

Cook, dine and have very good moments of sharing at home, in my villa on the hills of Nîmes, on Sunday evening and Friday evening with my husband Vincent and my daughter Apolline.

More than an immersion stay: a new French friendship Whether you return or not for a future stay, I will continue to write to you to maintain our friendship and make you practice your French in all generosity.

Student's testimonials Julia Brady, Mc Kinney, Texas, USA Elsa tailors her instruction to the needs of her students. Being immersed in the language provides significant opportunities to practice what is learned each day. The hospitality of her family was unparalleled and the accomodation was very high quality. I cannot recommend French immersion instruction with Elsa highly enough, and I look forward to visiting them again in the future. Kristina Holland, Paris, France I moved in France with absolutely no funnctioning skills in French. Immediatly, I improved my speaking abilities while working with Elsa. As an American, I found Elsa herself as an educator to be kind, patient, well organizes, understanding, passionate and well rounded. Not only is she a fabulous educator she is a wonderful, mother and wife. Kay Spreitzet, Chicago, Illinois, USA When I arrived in Nîmes as a nervous beginner student, I could barely utter one complete sentence. From the start, with Elsa's experienced and comfortable methods, I was able to engage in simple conversationns using the limited vocabulary I knew. And Elsa is an excellent cook and dessert maker, so you will have a delicious end to your day, immersed in tasty French food and wonnderful conversations with her, Vincent et Apolline. I found Elsa to be a creative, knowledgeable and engaging teacher. Laura Hartnell, Melbourne, Australia Elsa is an intuitive, attentive and patient teacher who brings out the best in each student. Her generosity, sens of humour and dedication make you feel very cared for, and along with Vincent and Apolline, I felt welcome as part of their family.

nimes provence

City of art and history

Lulled by its lilting accent imbued with the sunshine of the Midi, Nîmes radiates both Latin and contemporary splendor! From its ancient past, the city nicknamed "French Rome" has inherited sumptuous Roman monuments: from the Arènes to the Maison Carrée and the Tour Magne, you'll be amazed by their remarkable state of preservation! A skilful blend of antiquity and modernity, Nîmes evokes the image of a Roman city par excellence, as much for the richness of its monuments inherited from the past as for the originality of its contemporary buildings, which have been harmoniously integrated over time. During your immersion with your French Teacher, enjoy a delicious lunch (starter, main course, dessert, water, coffee and a glass of wine of your choice or an alcohol-free cocktail) at the restaurant Le Skab and meet the chef Damien Sanchez and his team complimented by the Michelin guide (starred restaurant) and the Gault et Millau
