STAR Method
The STAR Method is a simple way to answer interview questions with confidence. STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, and Result. You start by explaining the Situation—what was happening or the challenge you faced. Then describe the Task—what needed to be done or what your role was. Next, share the Action—the specific steps you took to handle the situation. Finally, end with the Result—what happened because of your actions and what you learned. Using the STAR method helps you stay organized, tell your story clearly, and show employers exactly how you solve problems.
