Applicant Tracking System (ATS) utilized by the Talent Acquisition team to recruit and hire employees for Piedmont.

NAVIGATION OVERVIEW

Use the My Jobs Listing section to view and manage your requisitions. Under My Open Jobs, you’ll see your approved roles, whether posted or unposted. (You may also see My Team’s Approved Jobs, depending on setup.) The Needs Attention section highlights where action is required: Candidates Pending Review shows candidates sent by your TA Consultant awaiting your decision to interview or reject, and Interviews – Pending Decision lists candidates who have completed interviews and require your decision to offer or reject.

Scheduling a Phone Screen

Use the My Jobs Listing section to view and manage your requisitions. Under My Open Jobs, you’ll see your approved roles, whether posted or unposted. (You may also see My Team’s Approved Jobs, depending on setup.) The Needs Attention section highlights where action is required: Candidates Pending Review shows candidates sent by your TA Consultant awaiting your decision to interview or reject, and Interviews – Pending Decision lists candidates who have completed interviews and require your decision to offer or reject.

Interview Request
  • Hiring Managers will review the candidate profile and select if they would like to interview or reject the candidate.
  • Once decision is made, TA Consultant reviews & proceeds with candidate based on status selection.
    • Interview Requested – proceed with scheduling
    • Rejection Requested – proceed with rejection

Post-Offer Updates

The TA Consultant will update the hiring manager on any offer or start date changes and notify them when the candidate is hired.

Hiring Managers Provide Interview Feedback
  • After completion of the interview, the hiring manager will be prompted to complete an interview feedback form. They will then select if they would like to request an offer, additional interview, or rejection.
  • Additional Interview Requested – sent back to scheduling process
  • Offer Requested – TA Consultant moves forward with creating & extending the offer
  • Rejection Requested – TA Consultant will disposition the candidate based on feedback provided
Requisition Posted
  • TA Consultant reviews all applicants and ensures candidates meet the minimum qualifications of the role based on the job description
  • Candidates that meet the minimum qualifications of the job description will be phone screened by the TA Consultant.
Hiring Manager Review Steps
  • Email Notification sent to Hiring Manager
  • Automated email is triggered, notifying the Hiring Manager that a candidate is ready for review.
  • Email includes a link to the candidate’s record in iCIMS.
  • Candidate profiles will also be accessible via the Hiring Manager Dashboard.

Qualified candidates

After the phone screen, TA Consultants will determine to move qualified candidates to Hiring Manager Review.
