Secondi Piatti / Main Courses

  • The Farmer's Board Selection of cured meats and aged cheeses from our farm, served with homemade seasonal jams, fig mostarda, and artisanal bread. €18
  • Seasonal Vegetable Tart Light buttery puff pastry filled with roasted garden vegetables, fresh ricotta, and farm-herb pesto. €14
  • Caprese Reimagined Creamy Burrata cheese, heirloom tomatoes from our greenhouse, basil oil, and balsamic glaze. €16
  • Tuscan Crostini Trio Three toasted bread slices topped with chicken liver pâté, fava bean spread, and fresh tomato concassé. €15
  • The Farmhouse Steak Grilled Chianina beef T-bone steak (or Fiorentina cut), seasoned with rock salt and rosemary. (Price per 100g)

  • "Nonna's" Tagliatelle Ragu Freshly rolled egg pasta with a traditional, slow-cooked beef and pork ragu from our farm. €17
  • Gnocchi with Sage Butter Potato gnocchi tossed in butter infused with fresh sage from our herb garden, topped with toasted walnuts. €16
  • Pici Cacio e Pepe Thick, hand-rolled pasta with black pepper, Pecorino cheese from local shepherds, and a touch of extra virgin olive oil. €15
