Tremble
The Worry Warts are transparent and sticky, they attach to you. They start small but grow quickly. They turn into the Problem Blob, which can feel heavy, like a real physical weight. They are hard to shake off and play on our minds. You may struggle to relax and feel your mind constantly switched on.
In the workplace, you may find the Worry Warts attaching themselves to you when you are beginning a daunting, complex piece of work.

Tremble
There are times when you may find yourself feeling shaky. Your heart might beat faster and your hands and feet might feel restless. This is likely to be the work of Tremble. He pops up when you are feeling nervous or anxious. His barbed fur helps him to latch onto you, and he lets off a little electric charge that can leave you feeling on edge. You might experience physical sensations such as sweating, rapid heartbeat or trembling. Anxiety can have an impact on your ability to concentrate, and you may feel easily distracted. Long periods of anxiety can affect sleep and lead to fatigue, tiredness, lack of focus. Tremble is a liability if you get overly anxious when you are presenting in front of a group of people, managing a meeting with stakeholders or even contributing to a discussion.

Maelstrom brings a whirlwind of ideas, thoughts and tasks that stack up faster than you can process them. This monster sweeps away clarity and leaves behind confusion and a sense of urgency, but with no clear sense of where to start or how to make progress.
Feelings of overwhelm – you can feel rushed and frozen to the spot at the same time, battling looping worries or forgetting things. You may feel there is too much going on, and find that it can be easy to lose perspective and overthink even small tasks.
Maelstrom is the equivalent of having too many tabs open on your computer. You jump from task to task without focus. You are always busy but not moving forward.

The Seeds of Doubt are those little voices in your head telling you that you are not smart enough or good enough – they are a negative chorus. They hold you back from achieving your best. Self-doubt can make us mistrust ourselves and others and lead us to miss out on opportunities.
You may have difficulty communicating your real feelings and beliefs. Self-doubt can lead to other feelings of overwhelm and fear and can build up over time.
As a BA, the Seeds of Doubt can lead to you giving in too quickly when somebody questions your decisions or disagrees with a point you are making.

Cloister hides away in a shell avoiding interactions with others. If trapped inside one of his bubbles you may find yourself isolated from those around you and unsure of how to break through the barrier. A sense of imposter syndrome or a lack of belonging can contribute to this emotion. You might find yourself on the periphery of social situations or avoiding them altogether. Feelings of isolation may make you feel hesitant when speaking or responding to situations.
Cloister is the enemy of teamwork and feeling that you belong, because it stops you from reaching out to colleagues for support or advice. It prevents you from positive collaboration because you fear being a ‘pest’.
