  • Tags can be automatic or manual:
    • Automatic tags are generated by Mariana Tek based on reservation activity or customer behavior (e.g., Birthday, First Reservation, Frequent Customer, Membership Payment).
    • Manual tags are added by staff to highlight important traits or notes (e.g., VIP, Injury, Student, Extra Care).
  • Certain tags flag important actions, like missing waivers, declined payments, or unsigned purchase agreements, so staff can resolve issues before they affect a customer's booking.
  • Tags can also be tied to discounts, allowing studios to recognize and reward specific customer groups.
