Amazing work!
The Coordination process is a very collaborative venture. This allows mutliple creative solutions. Below you can see the post coordinated solution to this clash. While mechanical did get priority they were required to change the duct shape to allow the vent piping to fit underneath.

I NEED YOUR HELP! can you take a look at the model for Grantline Bldg M in bathroom M117? We’re seeing some coordination issues in the field and want to make sure everything lines up with what’s in the model. The vent piping is shown to run through some duct work. We plan to start this work ASAP! Let me know what you find out! Log into your computer to continue (Find you computer password)

Hey, I was wondering if you had a chance to create a BIM cost analysis for the OAC Meeting today? We talked about it last week but today the project executive and district rep will be there!! Can you estimate the cost savings for a clash you solved?

How do you respond?

Models: Show you a list of all models inside of the coordination space! Who contributed them, the date published, as well as the amount of clashes! Also this is where you can view models using the model viewer!

Views: Preset images of the model for easy visability. Great for coordination purposes.

Clashes: Overview of All clashes between specific models. In this tab you can view and manage clashes.

Issues: Clashes that need a more collaborative solution can be tagged as an issue. Here you can see the Issue ID, Due Date, and loads of additional information regarding a clash!

Additional Coordination Tools: Meetings, Correspondence and reports are all powerful tools to assist in Model Coordination.
