The Great Crowe Holiday Heist

It’s the morning of Crowe’s Annual Holiday Decorating Competition! Each Business Unit — Tax, Audit, Consulting, and Firm Talent Solutions — has spent weeks preparing their displays. But overnight, the decorations vanished!

A mysterious note appeared, signed only by

'The Holiday Trickster.

Teams must solve five puzzles to recover the missing decorations before judging begins. Work together, think creatively, and reveal the culprit before the clock runs out!

Welcome to the storage room: the last known address of Crowe’s holiday sparkle. It’s a wonderland of cardboard skyscrapers, cryptic labels, and one very dramatic spool of ribbon. We start here because everything should be here—and isn’t. Find the first clue, and try not to inhale more glitter than dignity.

The storage room was a glittery dead end, so you regroup at the Suspect Board. Four BU profiles stare back at you—Tax, Audit, Consulting, and Firm Talent Solutions—each with an alibi pinned beside photos, calendars, and badge logs. The Holiday Trickster’s MO? A tidy story with one messy detail. Read each alibi carefully, compare it to the evidence, and enter the BU with the shakiest story to move on.

“Hosting a 9 PM webinar: ‘Deck the Halls with KPIs.’ We even recorded it.”

“Late-night coaching wrap session—helping teammates shine.”

"We were crunching numbers on garland invoices—only our spreadsheets were lit last night."

“Testing light strands—strong controls, brighter bulbs.”

“Ornaments are dangling down the halls, doing a little light show and practically spelling it out for you. Use the color key, turn the blink routine into digits, and pop the lock before the twinkle gives you FOMO.”

The breakroom looks like its been in use, but something is missing...check the list...maybe twice...What is missing?

What food was stolen from the celebration? Match the ingrediants and take a guess

The Vibe Committee office! Those cookies should be here somewhere! If we look around we may find them and other missing items as well!

“You’ve made snow much progress—six badges collected, one word to find. Use the badges, write them out, give them a festive twist, and crack the lock.”

You did it! The decorations are back, the sparkle is restored, and the only thing missing now is your victory dance. High-fives all around!

Submit your team’s time and head back to the main room for awards and bragging rights.

Cookie Cutters!

The cookies are close but these arnt what we need! Why did the gingerbread cookie keep checking the calendar? It didn’t want to miss its dough date

Ornaments!

No use crying over broken decorations...not when there is a mystery to solve! Why was the broken ornament terrible at keeping secrets? It always let things slip through the cracks.

You've found one of them!
  • One of the Vibe Committee!
  • Remember them well!
  • Find the others!
  • Rescue the cookies!
Soft and Warm!

tThese clothes will be great for playing in the snow but not for finding the cookies.... Why don’t mittens make good detectives? Because every case ends with, “Hmm… No fingerprints.”

A D&P Vibe Member!
  • How many members are there?
  • Do we have them all yet?
  • They really wanted those cookies!
Cat Toys!

Someone's cat must have left these here! I don't think we need these for this puzzle! What do you call a cat sitting under the Christmas tree? A gift with real “purr-sonality.”

Decorations Galore!

We found something but not we wanted... Why do snowflakes make terrible comedians? Their jokes always go over everyone’s head and melt under pressure.

Holiday Dog Treats!

That dog cookie won't do us any good! Why didn’t the dog trust the gingerbread house? It smelled delicious, but something about it felt… crumby.

A Snow globe!

Not edible but very pretty! Why did the snow globe get invited to every holiday party? Because it always knew how to shake things up!

Drawer full of candy....

Grab a snack but keep going....they must be around here somewhere! Why didn’t the candy cane get the job? They said it was too “seasonal” for long-term work.

Is that a Vibe Member?
  • The Vibe Members took the cookies!
  • Have you found them all?
  • Are they the key?
