Navigating the Pick-Up Report
Navigating the Pick-Up Report is as simple as browsing a website.
However, to get started, it's important to identify a few key areas that will help you quickly locate the main functions.
At the center of the screen, you’ll see the core data: widgets, tables, charts, and search results.
This content will change as you move between pages, displaying different elements depending on what you need.

Pages
The easiest way to access the different sections of the Pick-Up Report is through the Pages menu.There are six pages available on the platform:
- OTBs Analysis
- Pick-Up
- Pivot
- Trend Analysis
- Data Freshness
- Calendar
Simply click on the name of any page from the list on the left to access the corresponding data and its dedicated layout.

Bookmarks
The Bookmarks feature, located at the top right of the screen, allows you to save your preferred views along with their filters and settings.By setting up bookmarks, you can easily switch between pages without effort.
Note: Bookmarks are personal and cannot be shared between users as preset views.Each user can create up to 20 of them and manage their own bookmarks independently.

Filters & Currency
On most pages, you’ll have the option to change the currency view (from Euro to Local) using the toggle box.You’ll also find a set of filters that can be adjusted depending on the type of search you need to perform.
Note: A summary of all applied filters will appear as icons in the top ribbon.The icons will be highlighted when filters are selected for fiscal year, city, hotel, reservation state, or guest segment. If no filters are applied, the icons will remain gray. By hovering over the icons, you can see which filter has been applied.
