• What’s the next step in my career, and what skills will get me there?
• What feedback have I received from managers, colleagues, or stakeholders?

2. Use 1:1s to Explore Options Bring your ideas to your manager. They can offer insights, flag strategic priorities, or recommend qualifications based on your goals. 3. Browse the Log Use filters to narrow down by:

• Role
• Department
• Skill area or keywords (e.g., “Agile”, “UX”, “Data”, “Creative”)
• Justification

4. Plan Your Development Make note of courses that resonate with your goals, and submit a Learning Request Form to begin your journey.

• Bring your course shortlist to your next 1:1

• Discuss the value, timing, and alignment to team or company goals

• Your manager may identify additional opportunities or suggest alternatives
