๐ Lock Laptop Screen Always lock your laptop whenever you step away, even for a few seconds. ๐ Avoid Unknown USBsDo not plug untrusted removable devices into Mollie laptops as this may cause potential malware and ransomware infections.
๐ Protect your data
๐ Privilege ControlLimit access to applications and systems. Only provide access to the systems people need to do their job. Restrict access to Mollie applications/ systems on a least privilege needed basis for business purposes. However if you don't have necessary access to do your job, please reach out to IT@mollie.com or #helpme-it or create an ITSD ticket.
โ๏ธ Back Up Data Make sure to have copies of important data saved on the Mollie google drive. This ensures that stolen/ faulty devices or ransomware infection on devices doesn't cause any important business data loss.๐ก Protect Sensitive Data Donโt share files, passwords, or internal information outside approved channels. Avoid massive document sharing with third parties unless explicitly authorized. Don't use local device storage (i.e. Mollie laptop) and drives for storing and sharing sensitive data (even temporarily)!
