Role Play Instructions:

  • Each group will have 3 members:
    • Agent – responds using training skills.
    • Customer – plays the scenario realistically.
    • Observer – takes notes and gives feedback.
  • Each group will receive a specific scenario simulating a real-life enrollment conversation.
  • You will have 5 minutes to prepare before the role play begins.
  • After the role play, the observer shares feedback on:
    • Strengths
    • Areas for improvement
    • Suggestions for next time
  • Groups will take turns performing their simulations.
