Royal Gallery of Saint Hubert

It’s a covered shopping arcade with a glass roof. It mixes shops, cafés, and culture. It’s close to main landmarks. Perfect for a chill walk and waffles nearby. Tip: Here is time to take a group picture with your beer or waffle 🍺🧇.

Today, Mont des Arts stands as one of the most iconic viewpoints in Brussels. In the 19th century, this area was a dense neighborhood of small houses. The king envisioned a cultural hub, so the houses were removed to make space for art and public life.

For many years, the site remained empty. It was finally completed in 1958, just in time for the Brussels World Expo. Now, Mont des Arts is home to elegant gardens, renowned museums, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the city.

Take a moment to enjoy this stunning view with your group. Capture a photo together to keep a lasting memory of your experience here.

Liège waffle

Thick. Chewy. Caramelised.

Made from rich dough with pearl sugar. When cooked, the sugar melts, making the outside shiny and crunchy. It’s naturally sweet, so toppings aren’t needed either. It’s the waffle that brings its own flavor.

Liège = Dough + Sugar Crunch + Caramelised.

Brussels Waffle

Light. Crispy. Elegant.

Made from a liquid batter, this waffle has big square pockets and a golden crunch. In Brussels, locals usually eat it plain, maybe with a sprinkle of sugar.

No toppings. No mountain of cream. No chocolate waterfall.
