Celebrity activism vs. private behavior
Leonardo DiCaprio is a climate activist who speaks out at large events like COP26. His use of private jets and large yatchs leave a large carbon footprint leading people to question how much of an activist he really is. He claims he is carbon nuetral, but the amount of nuetralizing he does, doesnt add up to his actual estimated footprint.

Do as I say, not as I do
Mark Twain would point out that this action is hypocrtical. He would highlight him talking passionately on stage at COP26 then walking off and getting on his private jet to fly back home. This would prove how ironic it is to talk passionately about something and then completely disregard it by doing the opposite.

Southern "sivilization"
This concept is similar to the sivilization in Huck Finn. Everyone in the south talked about how important it was to go to church, act formal, and love their neighbors while they all owned slaves. Miss Watson was a specific character in the beginning who was also hypocritical and advocated for that kind of culture.

Irony
This is ironic because its saying something and doing the opposite. This is a problem today because the best way to make change is to lead by example. It is hard for figures advocate for something and get people to follow when their actions prove opposite of what they preach.
