The latest vital sings taken by the Nursing Assistants were BP 110/64 (74), HR 86, RR 20, O2 sat 96% on 2L via NC baseline, Temp 98.6 F. Echocardiogram completed 4 weeks ago showed EF of 20%-24%. The heart failure team has been consulted, but consultation has not taken place yet. Standing orders include: KVO and regular diet. Magnesium and Potassium were replaced during nightshift.
