Navigate on the pop-up
Click to open pop-up
Track follow-up appointments to complete the candidate’s I-9 form.
Review all tab sections and update as needed.
Open the pop-up to view and update candidate statuses.

Click the top left menu to reveal the modules
Click on 'Classes' > then 'White glove Queue'

Click on the filter icon
The white glove queue will not show you any candidates, until you have used filters to define your search.

Sort candidates by any column
Click on the blue text values to open the pop-up for the candidate in that row.
Employee details tab: Foundations information (trainer, class start time, room link) and candidate information such as req ID, hire type, program.
How to update?Click on the field and select the correct option from the drop down. Or leave notes if applicable. Hover your mouse over each field to know more.
Use the respective drop down, to mark it as a 'YES', if this is the option that we matched to Day 1 photo.
System status will show you if the new hire attended to foundations day 1 and day 2, or if their successfactors status is active or terminated

follow-up appointment tracking
This section must be used to indicate whether a 'Bookings' session is required to complete the candidate's I-9 form.
Recommended filters to start
If you're starting to navigate the candidate list, you can use filters to view candidates assigned to you on specific dates. Then, is when we recommend you to use additional filters to refine the list further or classify candidates by specific statuses.
Organize your candidate's list
Similar to an Excel spreadsheet, you can organize the list according to your preferences. This allows you to sort candidates alphabetically or display all candidates with a specific status at the top for easy access.
