Dan grew up on Columbus' far East side. He attended the University of Cincinnati for his undergraduate degree in Anthropology and the University of Phoenix for his MBA. In September 2024 Dan joined CoverMyMeds with more than twenty years of leadership for four of the most admired brands in their industries. He has consulted for small/medium businesses, and small and large groups, including for Fortune 50 executives. Prior to CMM, Dan worked for the fourth largest Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) in the country, Prime Therapeutics, where his team built the first remote contact center at Prime. He moved across the country to take over as Site Director of a Clinical Operations team in Albuquerque (where he was first introduced to how integrated CoverMyMeds was to the Clinical Review ecosystem). Within his first six months leading the site, the employees ranked it as the one of the Best Companies to Work for in New Mexico. The site went fully remote in 2020, and Dan and family moved back to Ohio. As a Senior Director Operations, Dan's clinical and phone teams stretched across 37 states and three countries. Dan brings a lifetime of commitment to community service and equity/inclusion including a passion for enrolling as a Pelotonia rider and his role as a facilitator for LGBTQ Caregiver support group with the Alzheimer’s Association. BRIAN DYE

VP, Patient Support Center

Brian has a broad range of experience as an industry leader in customer experience and issue resolution. His background spans a variety of customer facing and business facing entities ranging from start-up organizations to 14k-plus seat contact centers handling over 30 million calls per year. Brian also has a foundation in Six Sigma continuous process improvement and PMP methodology and uses these disciplines to identify key customer interactions through process analysis and make those engagement opportunities more meaningful and efficient. Brian applies learnings from previous contact center operations, volume forecasting, service excellence, performance monitoring, personnel development, and data analysis engagements on a national and global scale. Much aligned to CoverMyMeds' missional DNA, Brian takes pride in being an innovative thinker and trusted leader who is passionate about delivering high value, lo w effort customer experiences.

Brian leads the Patient Support Center. The PSC supports our patients by: working to overcome their financial barriers, obtaining and providing the proper documents for doctors and payors, overcoming obstacles patients may face at the pharmacy.

KRYSTAL KOHLMANN

VP, PSC Employee Enablement Office

Krystal started her career journey in healthcare working as a billing coordinator and eventually transitioning into people management after graduating from college in Pennsylvania with her Bachelor of Science. Her desire for warmer weather prompted her to relocation to Arizona, where she started working for McKesson as a Reimbursement Specialist in a HUB program. Through her 13-year tenure at McKesson, Krystal has held many leadership roles that have leveraged her skills in operational excellence and transformational leadership. She has successfully led teams ranging from 30 to 3,500 support personnel across various operational service lines and is currently supporting the PSC as the Senior Director of Shared Services. Krystal’s passion at work lies in building high-performing teams, driving turnarounds, and delivering exceptional internal growth. Krystal is committed to creating an engaged and values-based culture of empowerment and accountability in her teams and always encourages her team to be adaptable and ready for whatever comes their way. Krystal shared, “When you adopt a proactive and prepared mindset, you become the master of your own destiny. Being prepared means equipping yourself with the necessary boldness, knowledge, skills, and resources to handle any situation that may arise. It's about being proactive in seeking personal and professional growth, staying adaptable, and being ready to seize opportunities as they present themselves. Unplugging from work ensures she makes the space to decompress and focus on the people most important to her.
