Who was frida kahlo
Frida Kahlo was a Mexican painter known for her colorful self-portraits that showed her pain, strength, and Mexican culture. She was born July 6th,1907 in Coyoacán, Mexico City. She lived 47 years of being one of the best hispanic female artist and still holds that title till this day.When she was a teenager, Frida was badly injured in a bus accident, which caused her pain for the rest of her life. While recovering, she began painting to pass the time and to express her feelings. Most of her paintings were self-portraits that showed her emotions, struggles, and pride in her Mexican culture. Frida was married to another well-known artist, Diego Rivera, and together they became important figures in the art world. Even after her death in 1954, Frida Kahlo’s art continues to inspire people everywhere.

Despite suffering from serious health problems, including a bus accident that left her in pain for most of her life, she continued to paint and express herself through her art.
