Location 1 - Obsidian Throne of M'Bali
A towering citadel carved from black crystal, echoing the wealth and wisdom of ancient galactic kingdoms. Traders seek rare minerals and ancestral knowledge here.
You disembark from your star cruiser and join the throng of miscellaneous galactic travelers and local M'Balians as they make their way toward the center of the city of M'Bali. The sky is clear, bright, and cloudless, causing the towering black crystal citadel in the distance to shimmer in the sun. You shield your eyes to avoid the glare and continue forward with the crowd.
Before you reach the black crystal citadel, a brief shuffling movement to your right catches your eye. Curiosity piqued, you veer off the main road to get a closer look. You approach a group of local M'Balians gathered around a broken chest made of Acacia wood and bronze, ancient materials not often seen in the modern galactic world. You crouch down beside the chest to examine its contents.

Location 2 - Sky Steppe of Khaganis
A vast floating plain where nomadic star-riders roam, ruled by the descendants of the Great Khagan. Speed and strategy dominate this region’s trade culture.
Navigating your way to the Sky Steppe has proved quite a challenge! There is no spaceport to land your star cruiser on the Steppe. Your only option is to do as the local Gonmols do: pay 25 imperial galleons to employ the services of a Hairy Mountain Gorse and a Gonmol guide to help you reach the court of Khaganis. The guide speaks little, and the Gorse is temperamental, but at least the beast is sure of foot! The way is treacherous, the path is both narrow and steeply angled upward. You keep your eyes ahead and dare not look down.
After what seems like hours, you, your Gorse, and the Gonmol guide reach the top of Sky Steppe. You dismount and scratch the shaggy beast behind its rather large ears, a small gesture of your thanks. You move toward the Gonmol guide to thank him for safely guiding you to the top of Sky Steppe, but before you can speak, holds something out to you and drops it into your outstreached hand.
