Factory Reset
To factory reset your Arlo Essential 3rd Gen, press and hold the Sync button for about 15 seconds until the LED light blinks amber.
To power cycle the Arlo Essential 3rd Gen Camera, press and hold the Sync button for about 25 seconds until the LED starts blinking blue. For the Pro 6 and Ultra 3 models, simply remove and reinsert the battery.
It is the commonly used term for when an Access Point tries to automatically direct wireless clients to the most optimal band (5Ghz and 2.4Ghz), while still using a single Network Name.
What is Band Steering?
Smart Connect – used by vendors like Netgear, ASUS, and TP-Link
Customer will need to have access to the Router Page to enable or disable Smart Connect.
