Analytics
- Open Analytics on the left side of the Edio dashboard
- Notice...
- 3 tabs across the top: My Students, My Courses, and Advisory Report
- 2 sections: Performance and Engagement
My Students tab
- Here you will find data for all of the students in your course section(s) and homeroom.
- You can search for an individual student using their name or ID.
- You can sort the Student and Section columns alphabetically by pressing the arrows next to them.
FILTER DATA POINTS
- Click Dashboard Settings
- Default are checked off automatically
- Overdue
- Current Grade
- Projected Grade
- Course Progress
- Customize the data points you want to see always
- All columns can be filtered high-to-low or low-to-high by clicking the arrows .
- Use this data to prioritize your course section phone calls (or webmails) for students with overdue lessons, failing grades or celebrations.

- When you click on the number of overdue, a list of the overdue lessons will populate.

- A text box opens in the middle of the screen with details
- IEPs can be downloaded here

Performance
- This can be helpful data for tracking engagement trends, especially when trying out new methods to engage learners.
- View overall average projected grade for the course.
- View the high and low of performance over the past 14 days.

- Only those with a SPED or EL caseload will have students in the Advisory Report tab.
- Here you can find data specific to the learners on your caseload.
Homeroomattendance
- Instructional staff with a homeroom will find data about their homeroom students here.
- Engagement > Homeroom attendance
Absences & UnEXCUSED
LAST ACTIVITY/SUBMISSION
LAST CALL ATTEMPTED/SUCCESSFUL CONTACT
- Take note of absences and activity in Edio.
- Unexcused absences in your homeroom
- Submission dates and quantity
- Contacts
- Make sure your supervisor is aware of any students with excessive absences or not submitting work.
- Helpful for IEP input
