Once upon a time, there was a girl called Ruby.
With springy brown hair, she looked so groovy.
Ruby was happy, she loved to play.
Smiling and laughing all through the day.
No worry at all, not one in sight.
Her heart feels free, her world feels bright.
So, if a worry comes near, don’t let it stay.
Talk to someone, and it floats away!
Follow the pictures
Suddenly one day a worry came by.
Little and quiet, just like a sigh.
At first it was tiny and easy to hide.
Soon it grew and grew, big and wide.
Ruby tried to ignore it, day after day,
but the worry followed her, “Please go away!”
So, if a worry comes near, don’t let it stay.
Talk to someone, and it floats away!

So, the worry got bigger, it would not go.
It followed poor Ruby, high and low.
It made her feel sad, it made her feel blue.
Ruby thought, “What should I do?"
She tried to smile with a brave face,
but her worry was still all over the place.
So, if a worry comes near, don’t let it stay.
Talk to someone, and it floats away!

Then, one day she went out to play.
She met a friend with a worry who felt the same way.
Ruby said, “Let’s talk, just you and me."
The worry got smaller and they both felt free.
Now Ruby knows, if a worry is near.
She can talk to a friend, and it will disappear!
So, if a worry comes near, don’t let it stay.
Talk to someone, and it floats away.
Talk to someone, and it floats away.
