A personal value that guides who I am at work...
Honesty & authenticity
The last time I thought about leaving our company...
I did! I left the group in 2022 due to lack of growth opportunity. I came back though !!! :)
Time that made me proud to work here
Devils wears Prada 2 shoot
A decision I wish I could make again
Not move out of Hoboken
Sending the wrong email to the wrong group of team members.
No disagreement comes to mind as the ones that I had was solved with no lasting effect.
The last time I was very proud of my team...
is when we hosted Paris and our annual all brands meeting.
A time I admired a courageous colleague...
during Thrive's call when people share their personal stories and struggle and how they managed to over come them.
If I changed careers now, I would...
serve ice cream on an island
The port of my role I'd happily give up...
review over and over the same file every year. I knda did that to myself.
A topic that lights me up...
My colleagues! (and neice)
The part of my role I would fight to keep
Working with newly hired employees.
My favorite way to celebrate an achievement with colleagues
is having a drink with them.
If I won the lottery and didn't have to work again, I'd...
Volunteer at a panda sanctuary
I doubt my ability daily. There's always a new situation with unknown issues. All issues are eventually figured out and the work continues.
I wish I had never sent "Reply to all" for a foot massage...
The last time I got really nervous at work...
I was able to take a deep breath, compartmentalize, and carry out what needed to be done.
A performance conversation feels more meaningful when...
it is sincere and met with real examples/situations.
The last time I was really proud of our team...
completing a large project that included almost 17 Maisons and received a 100 NPS score
The feedback our team needs to hear...
We are awesome! So hard working, so dedicated to our Maisons, so full of energy - and we don't say it enough how great a team we are !!
I'll never forget my manager who treated me like an equal and was not threatened by my skills and expertise. My manager was a sponsor of bigger and brighter days professionally. Unfortunately such managers are extremely rare!
A performance conversation feels more meaningful when...
everybody feels relaxed and in a good mood!
My inner critic says...
Stop talking! You're not good enough, don't try. ... clearly I don't listen to these, but they are always there.
Work advice I'm glad that I ignored...
that I needed to stay in a role or position for longer than I needed to
Something I would like to change about the way I deal with conflict...
sometimes i take conflict too personally and I try to distance myself emotionally and take it as psitive growth for my work.
I get really frustrated when someone...
needs multiple reminders to respond to an email.
A time when I was particularly critical of myself...
When am I not?Mostly because I need to make right choices all the time.
Being cheerful!Responding to emails diplomatically
Word advice i'm glad I ignored...
"Don't worry about it."
The last time I was really personal of our team...
This summer with our intern, we were all together doing a great job while our VP was OOO. Worked together in a meeting room on a time consuming file :)
I can do it all :)
The task I often put off...
one that I need to communicate a difficult message on. eg. disagreeing etc.
If my younger self saw me today...
PROUD
A time when I was brave at work was when I made a suggestion on how to improve our process.
I have trouble giving feedback when it is negative.
My go-to emoji
The part of my role I'd happily give up...
invoicing!!! I hate processing invoices
Something I would like to change about the way I deal with conflict...
sometimes I can be too accommodating to the degree it fails to resolve the conflict. A more direct approach might be more effective and efficient.
The real reason I joined our company is...
to get into luxury!
I secretly taught myself how to...
no secret in my house.
The thing I was I knew before I started this role?
That it would continue to grow substantially without support.
The real reason I joined our company...
the opportunity to work and support brands across several different industries.
