I doubt my ability daily. There's always a new situation with unknown issues. All issues are eventually figured out and the work continues.

I was able to take a deep breath, compartmentalize, and carry out what needed to be done.

completing a large project that included almost 17 Maisons and received a 100 NPS score
The feedback our team needs to hear...
We are awesome! So hard working, so dedicated to our Maisons, so full of energy - and we don't say it enough how great a team we are !!
I'll never forget my manager who treated me like an equal and was not threatened by my skills and expertise. My manager was a sponsor of bigger and brighter days professionally. Unfortunately such managers are extremely rare!

Stop talking!You're not good enough, don't try. ... clearly I don't listen to these, but they are always there.

sometimes i take conflict too personally and I try to distance myself emotionally and take it as psitive growth for my work.

This summer with our intern, we were all together doing a great job while our VP was OOO. Worked together in a meeting room on a time consuming file :)
