BATHROOM CHECKLIST

A friendly reminder

Remember to check the restrooms every hour and sign the bathroom checklist!If you see the bathroom hasn't been cleaned, please call facilities to clean it. If there is no facilities, please ask an associate of any department to clean it. Cleaning is in the job description of ALL associates and leads!

AM Keys

Please stop giving out broken AM keys!

AM sets 3, 4, and 5 are broken and cannot be given out!!Why you might ask?

• Staff the use broken keys often leave cranes unlocked which could lead to theft.
• Broken keys can break locks! Broken locks have to be replaced. We want to avoid this!

Department audits

Let's keep improving and making our audits better and better!

• AM: Make sure you are checkmarking everything and checking all max payouts over 1,000 tickets.
• Make sure you are uploading all of your audits in the correct places
• Any suspicious activity should be brought to the attention of upper management
• BO: Make sure you have receipts for everything
• If you are missing a receipts, follow up with the employee who should have provided the receipt and check in
• Be sure to remind them that they need to provide a receipt
• Make sure you are writing reasons for all voids, refunds, etc.
• Make sure all receipts are visible before uploading
• FB: Make sure all receipts have signatures
• If a receipt is missing or a signature is missing, follow up with the employee to ensure it doesn't become a pattern
• Check that all signatures are visible before uploading

Collab on 10/10

Round1-mageddon

We are expecting about 1,000 people for the event + our normal customers for Fridays.

• We will be keeping track of our how many people are in the store.

The drinks for FB will be taught on the day of the collab! Any questions about the drinks should be asked then! Make sure ALL of your departments are overstaffed.

• We gave you extra hours specifically for the event.

• No personal belongings at the counters
• Drinks at the counter must be put in a cabinet out of view
• Every employee must be in full uniform
• No jeans - send them home
• Must be in all black except for store shirt
• No visible piercings besides ear lobe

• Shoes must be fully black

• Make sure all of your desks are clean and organized

BOWLING

• Make sure department is clean!
• ALL DAMAGED BOWLING BALLS MUST GO IN THE CAGE!
• They are currently on the rack
• Make sure your audits are all up to date and completed for each in the 90 day file
• Make sure shoes are clean and brushed
• Make sure there is a lane assist on the day of the audit
• Make sure your cupboarders are clean and organized
• Especially where the party supplies
• Make sure all of your benefits audits have a cover sheet
• No broken pool sticks out on the floor
• Make sure they all have tips

• Make sure all mechanics are in steal toe shoes
• Make sure mechs are following all safety protocols when the auditor is here
• If you are behind the lanes for more than 20 minutes, you must put on ear plugs
• Make sure tool wall has all tools
• Every tool missing is a point off
