Análise documental.
Efetuar um levantamento dos descritivos funcionais, assim como analisar os relatórios do GdP para que desta forma se consiga identificar quais as competências exigidas versus as atuais.
Aplicação de questionários e/ou inquéritos
Aplicar questionários e /ou inquéritos a todos os colaboradores, apostando em questões fechadas, mas conjugando-as com questões abertas para haver também a perceção da necessidade.

Fazer entrevistas às chefias diretas para alinhar as prioridades da empresa e da equipa.
